Here at Pennsylvania Learning, we believe that education is not something reserved for a certain age nor provided by a designated institutional source. It is as essential as food and water...and play. That said, this web site is meant to be a place where all those who want to offer educational resources or need them can network.   Join Us -->

What is the Network?
The network is this entire web site, but more specifically it is you. The network is everyone who participates here and this includes using our links, calendar, rating, and other resources. It is searching for education providers and consumers. It is being an education provider and/or consumer. It is making life better. It is education. To read more: the Network -->

What is a resource?  A resource can be defined as any educational good or service. Hard resources are books, paints, office space and computers. Service resources are someone wanting to teach knitting, math, software programming or any knowledge.

Who can be a resource?  Any person, group or business. We are not opposed to anyone being an education provider, and believe that that education consumers are capable of rational decisions in this regard.

Who are educational consumers?  In our ideal world, everyone.

What are the rules?  There are no set rules, but there is an expectation of virtue on the part of those who choose to participate. We do not do background checks on anyone, nor do we demand any information other than what other participants would require. This does mean that you are responsible for doing due diligence in your participation. Just as you would research a home or car purchase, you should also research your consumption here.

As a provider, can I charge?  Yes, we do not believe that there is anything inherently wrong with charging for a service. On the other hand, if you would like to offer from training, tutoring or goods for free, that would be applauded as well. Again, producers and consumers will determine the outcome, not our forced rules.

What does it cost to particpate?  Currently, we do not charge anything for participation. This web system is a free service offered by the Infinite Series Group.

What about privacy and the use of my contact information?  Since this web site is meant to be an open information source for education, other people may search out your contact information. If you feel another member is abusing their privileges in this respect, please let us know. As to us, the Infinite Series Group will not market to you or contact you in any fashion.
