While many of our applications have aspects of
standard accounting, one web-based system encompasses them all. It was a custom intranet application created for a manufacturer whose
business process was fairly unique since they wanted to tie billing, payable,
payroll and quality assurance data into a coherent system. This application included the standard accounting modules
such as AR, AP and order entry, and helped this company meet their ISO requirements.
This is a screen shot of the menu system for this application. As you can see, the functionality crossed a number of
areas of corporate roles and responsibilities.
A question we often get when we explain our custom development option is: how much will this cost? To put it in perspective, this project's total cost under $15,000.
