DEPOSITS, REFUNDS, PETS, ETC.
No Pets - this is a new rule. Unfortunately with new carpet in Cielo and Timeout getting new carpet in the fall of 2007, and with our experiences of the past 2 years, we have decided to stop allowing pets.
Cleaning - You can elect to clean the lodge yourself before leaving or pay a cleaning fee of $75.00. If you choose the pay option, the lodge is still expected to be left reasonably organized with dishes washed. If you choose to clean yourself, we have a checklist at the lodge for a guide.
Linens
- We have now started to offer an optional linen service. The
linen service means we will provide a set of towels/washcloths for up to 12
people and provide sheets and blankets on all of the
beds. These will cover all stays which are a week or
shorter. If they need washed during your stay, the lodge and retreat do
have laundry facilities. The fee for this service is $20 per bedroom.
Row Boat
- We do have a row boat which you can use for a fee of $25 per
day. It is a 14 ft aluminum boat which can be launched by 1 person,
but can hold up to 3 people. It is on a trailer so you must have a hitch
and 2" ball to be able to use it.
A $150.00 security deposit will be added to
the rental fee. We will refund the security deposit if no damages occur
during your stay. A $150.00 deposit is required to confirm a
weekly reservation with balance due 30 days before your stay. All regular
weekend rentals must pay in full at the time of reservation. We accept credit
cards, cash, money orders or personal checks. A $20 service fee will be charged
for return checks. Check-in time after 3:00 pm. Check-out time
before 11:00 am. You must bring bed linens & blankets,
pillows, bath towels, paper products, and personal items.
Tenants are responsible for all damages to
the property or missing items during your occupancy. The lodge is inspected
after each departure to ensure it is left in good order. We appreciate your
cooperation regarding this matter. See damage deposit above.
